its been a quiet few days here in the forest~for me only a few walks with swampy and flynt.
my m.e/fibro has been so that i have had to take things much slower and preserve my 'spoons'

these lovely spoons are from steve tomlin who carves the most wonderful, simple items~look at his butter knife, eating bowl and side plate.

writing this my hands, wrist and elbows are hurting so this will be a short post.
i hope tomorrow to get out with my camera~suddenly the leaves are all changing and the mass of different colours and shades are amazing. i cannot remember the last time it all looked so breathtaking

do you know how many days i have tried to get this post out?
today is day three
yesterday i was good for nothing and ended up in bed by 1pm~the most comfortable place for my aches and pains and perfect if i fell asleep~which i did for a short time.
i was up and about by 8am but as the hours ticked by i felt worse with every tick~even a warming drink of grated ginger and honey couldn't do its work.
we have a small tv/dvd combination in the bedroom for days when i am this bad so i took some painkillers, made myself comfortable and watched quite a few episodes of the first series of Larkrise to Candleford
i thoroughly enjoyed myself, even more when, after a nap~meaning a bit of re-winding of the dvd~my headache and neck ache had gone, and so i watched a few more episodes.
i love anything which takes me back in time~Cranford is another wonderful series i love.
...well my hands are hurting so i will post this today...
